SALES

Once payment has been received, an order has been placed and production of your Chandelier or other item has commence - ALL Sales are FINAL

REFUNDS

Once production has commenced - NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances. NO exceptions will be made as all products are made to order by you and will not be able to be resold

INSURANCES

All products are Insured during transit to minimise the chances of damage or Loss.

TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Due to the ever changing complexities in international Import Laws, Murano Art Glass Australia will ship directly to your nearest airport. You the customer are responsible for ALL Import taxes and charges payable in order to release the goods. EU Customers now pay 21% VAT on goods and Shipping charges

SHIPPING

Murano Art Glass Australia utilises Air Cargo to freight our products around the world direct from Venice, Egypt or other points or origin. Customers can choose Sea Freight to reduce costs if they wish, however and average time to receive goods is anywhere between 8 to 16 weeks.
