  1. Do you hold any stock in Australia?
    No - each and every item is hand made to order and this is the way that all furnaces work in Venice.

  2. Are all your glass items authentic?
    Absolutely! We only deal with the most reputable furnaces in Venice, with each and every item carrying either a letter of authenticity, label, engraved signature or COA from our organisation

  3. Is Shipping included in the price?
    No - ALL Chandeliers are shipped FREE of charge with all other items based on price band or a set charge for items such as Jewelry and Inkwells

  4. Do you issue Refunds?
    NO - As each and every item is made to order, Refunds are not issued once we have paid our suppliers and they commence producing the items. Customers are to make sure they understand this clearly as NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

  5. Do you look after insurance claims?
    Yes we do! In fact, we are the only company in Australia and probably internationally that will service insurance claims on lost, stolen or damaged Murano Glass items. Just visit our "MURANO GLASS INSURANCE CLAIMS" link on the left of the page and complete the form.

  6. Which furnaces in Venice do you work with?
    We are authorised dealers for the following world renwoned Glass blowing furnaces in Venice - Zanetti Murano SRL, Formia Murano International, Salviati Murano, Gambaro and Poggi Murano and more. In addition to these furnaces, we work with a multitude of other Venetian glass Blowing makers which produce work of varying types.
