We understand that sometimes, our customers want a detailed view of just what it is that makes Murano Glass so special and why they pay the prices they do for each creation.  It takes a Servente or apprentice Glass Blower between 15 to 20 years to earn the much coveted title of Maestro, working in a furnace in his Piazza or work station in temperatures of between 45 to 60 degrees celcius for 8 to 10 hours per day.  We hope that the images provided in our PDF presentation will showcase exactly why Murano Glass is the most sort after anywhere in the world
